HA NOI — Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has urged the Viet Nam Paper Corporation (VPC) to take advantage of favourable conditions to accelerate investment in the Thanh Hoa Paper Plant and the expansion of the Bai Bang Paper Mill.
